Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase of products from BASS FISHING CO. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days. We can send you a replacement a different size or a different style. If you would rather a refund, we can take care of that as well. If something is wrong let us know.

To exchange or return merchandise please follow the instructions given below:

Exchanges:

Send the products back to us via mail to the address listed below. Please include a note as to what you need done as well as your original invoice or receipt. We will contact you if there are any additional related charges to the new items ordered and send any in-stock items to you immediately. All exchanges that are not due to defect will incur a small return shipping fee.

Returns:

Send the products back to us via to the address listed below. Please include a note as to what you need done as well as your original invoice or receipt. Your account will be credited the full amount less the original shipping charge. Please allow 3-5 billing cycles from the day we receive your package for the credit to your account.
